But I decided to give another location a shot , and I’m genuinely glad I did. This visit was the total opposite, and it was because of Lamia Kamal and Nick Polk. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they actually cared about solving the issue the right way. They took the time to listen, explain my options clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly before I left the store. Because of Lamia and Nick, I walked out feeling confident, taken care of, and positive about Verizon again. If you’re looking for great customer service, ask for Lamia Kamal or Nick Polk—they turned what could have been another frustrating visit into a genuinely excellent experience.
