My battery had swelled up, and I am not sure what had caused it, and when my friend and I showed him what had happened, he was happy to help. My phone was being troublesome, and we had to wait around three hours as a result of the security lock to turn off Find My iPhone. Daryl was funny and played along with my humor, which is always a plus. Not only did he upgrade my iPhone easily, he also offered us plans to reduce our WiFi bill by 20 dollars and included a streaming bundle that would offset the charge of my premature upgrade. He is the best. Thank you, Daryl.
- BBBlakeFeb 4, 20262.0I came in to return phones for an upgrade, didn't realize it was a reseller store. That's not a huge deal. However, **Malcolm** sent me to the store on Oregon/23rd, which is also a reseller store. I wasted more than an hour trying to get this annoying task taken care of and the reps at the Oregon/23rd said that they regularly advise people to go to this location knowing it's not a corporate location. Why? Why waste people's time.

He truly went above and beyond to problem-solve each issue and make sure everything was taken care of properly.
