- KRKayl RozemaJan 18, 20261.0Had to go to a second Verizon store to fix their first mistake (activation), then come back to Staples to have them transfer my data (i paid for it but they never did it/ 2nd mistake), then additionally come back to meet the manager to fix a 3rd mistake (trade in). They had also charged me for and given me the wrong size screen protector and case, which I unfortunately found out once I got home. Which would be mistake number 4....that's a lot of mistakes y'all I could have just done this myself. Chose a real store front, not a Staples kiosk. Lesson learned, I hope this helps you.

I could have never done what he helped me do. I even spoke to Jamel’s District Manager and Supervisor to tell them what an asset he is to their organization. Jamel, you are amazing and it was my pleasure meeting you today! You are an asset to Verizon! Thank You

I felt like she really took the time to understand my needs and give options she felt would be in my highest good. I am so glad that I stopped in to get a new phone.
