  Derrick is a miracle worker! Prior to coming to this store, I spent hours on the phone with Verizon trying to transfer service to my new iPhone, hitting dead end after dead end. I walked in without an appointment at my wit’s end. Derrick was so patient, and he got my phone working (something 5+ reps over the phone couldn’t do). Grateful for Derrick’s expertise as well as the friendly customer service from other reps at this store.

  Rasheed was so helpful and patient during a stressful time for me. I lost my phone and was about to leave on a trip. It was complicated to get a new one but he worked with me and came up with a plan to get me a phone for the weekend. He stayed after closing to help me out. I’m a nurse so I got off work at 7:30 and rushed over to him right before 8pm. He took me in with grace and got me a new phone in 10 mins. I had a horrible day at work and was so overwhelmed and upset about my phone situation (which was embarrassing to me bc it’s just a phone) but he was kind to me and understanding. Cannot recommend him enough!!

  I had an excellent experience with Derrick at the Walnut Street Office after many attempts from other people he was able to get my phone setup. He was very professional and patient. I can see why he is a manger. I would highly recommend him to others. He has been one of the best in my 30+ experience with Verizon.

  Mason was amazing, super cool dude. He got me set up with a new plan just in time for the holidays. Had some hiccups in getting set up at other Verizon location in my area but I just knew that Mason was the go to guy. He got the job done in less than 30 mins! I appreciate you 🙏🏼
