- BBBA2 days ago1.0We had a terrible experience transferring our AT&T lines to Verizon at this location. We came in a week ago and placed our order. Xavier was kind and patient and told us the phones would be ready within 1–2 days. A week later, after three separate calls trying to understand the delay, we still have no information on when the phones will arrive. During one of those calls, the manager placed me on hold for over 20 minutes and when I called back again he laughed it off saying he forgot he placed me on a hold. He was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. We are now planning to cancel the order, but we were told that cancellation isn’t possible until the phones arrive. That means I have to call daily for updates because the staff does not communicate proactively or set clear expectations. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience due to poor communication and unprofessional management. I would not recommend this location.

I came into walnut Verizon (NOT THE CORPORATE STORE) and was helped throughly through the process upgrading, finding, and purchasing AND setting up my new phone. Q did all of this single-handedly. At one point to confront a billing issue he recommended I head to the corporate store a few blocks down walnut. Their service was abysmal. I was treated like Philly street trash. I went back to Q after finding a way to fix the issue and he stayed with me for hours to make sure everything was perfect, and I would walk out with a brand new phone. Incredible service. Thanks Q.
