    Good experience. It was around Christmas time I was doing my shopping, and my mom is nosey she was shopping with me. The worker was trying her best to get her workers to distract my mom while I got everything I needed and my mom kept finding me. It was just so funny

    I had a wonderful visit to the South Philly store today. Before the term “Tech Junkie” forst appeared in pop culture, I was already an addict. If I don’t meditate before I go into Best Buy I’ll get lost.. I’ve been dying to get in my hands on a Gan charger. I need something fast for my portable show set up. 65 W will do just fine. The gallium nitrate technology is super awesome so small no heat all transfer. Sophia was very helpful. I simply told her what I needed, and she provided me with lots of options. I chose the one made by INIU. Thanks again, Sophia i’ll let you know about those custom decks.

    To be honest, the chain is not what it used to be. I needed a new monitor and cable connections. The displayed items were hard to find on the shelves. Kind of thrown into a large area, took a while to find the size that matched where it said it was located. Cables were located in various locations around the store. Computer cables were in three locations, and the HDMI was three locations. The one I needed was not in home theater or with computer cables. Found it by going through isles and located them with power surge and routers. Staff was sparce and I couldn't find anyone to help. When I stopped someone to ask, they didn't know because it wasn't their area. The person who would know was with someone and three other people were waiting for help.

    I felt compelled to leave a review because outstanding customer service deserves to be recognized. From the moment I walked into the South Philly Best Buy, I knew I was in for a great experience. The greeter was energetic, welcoming, and friendly, which immediately set the tone. Shortly after, Elisa assisted me, and she was an excellent salesperson patient, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to my needs. Overall, I want to give a shoutout to Best Buy. Great customer service isn’t something you come across often, and when you do, it deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you all for taking such great care of me.

The customer service has always been excellent, especially when I needed to return items. Returns are usually processed quickly and smoothly. Today, we were looking for a tablet for a special friend as a holiday gift, and we had our eyes set on the Samsung Galaxy. With numerous model numbers for each brand, it can be overwhelming to choose the right one. We were greeted by a helpful young man named Michael, who turned out to be the general manager of the store. He assisted us in finding the perfect tablet by understanding our needs and recommending suitable options while also pointing out features that we did not necessarily require to save money. Being budget-conscious, I also inquired about any online coupons or special deals available. Fortunately, there was a 20% discount for new Citibank customers, which we gladly used. Additionally, we were able to price match with another company, further reducing the cost by close to $100. This, along with receiving $120 back from our purchase, was a fantastic deal. One aspect that I find lacking in most electronic stores, including Best Buy, is the transparency of in-store price displays. When shopping, I prefer to have all the detailed specifications readily available. For instance, when considering a tablet, essential information such as screen size, storage capacity, processor, and resolution should be clearly presented. Some details, like the amount of RAM or random access memory, which is crucial for smooth performance, are often overlooked. Higher RAM ensures faster operations, making tasks like web browsing or data downloading more efficient. During our visit, we came across a tablet with a keyboard and stand combination, but the price was not displayed alongside it. After inquiring, we found out that the tablet, keyboard stand, and tax amounted to nearly $800, much higher than the initial $549 listing price. When it comes to tech shopping, I prefer to have all details and prices upfront, whether online or in-store. Time is valuable, and I would rather not spend it deciphering hidden costs. Overall, despite my minor gripe with the pricing display, Best Buy remains a reputable business that I wish continued success. The quality of their products and services has always been commendable, making me a loyal customer.
