They immediately helped me and took my phone back within 10 minutes. By 7:30, it was ready for pickup. I really appreciated their efforts as I know it was late in the day. Thank you so much for the whole team, my phone is all fixed now šš

I did as instructed at the Genius Bar, and received no acknowledgement from any staff 30 minutes later. I left at 3:10 p.m. We need appointments and scheduling for everything now, but a business canāt be bothered to update me or honor my time. Do Better and go to the Cherry Hill location.

One person said no repair was needed, another said they had to keep my phone for a week to repair it, and someone else told me I needed a replacement. I ended up going back four times before they finally replaced my iPhone with a new one. After this experience, I donāt really trust the advice you get from this storeādouble-check everything.
