Anyway, I wasn’t sure how to change my iPhone XR SIM Card to another phone that my mom used to have. Rose was so helpful. I actually had to go twice within an hr bc I couldn’t figure it out on my own. lol Rose took time to show me & explain the process. She definitely went the extra mile & I greatly appreciate it. She was very caring & kind. When I’m ready to upgrade, I’ll be sure to return when Rose is there! THANK YOU AGAIN!! 😊

She dosen't help by switching the charger and helping the customer who's been a cricket customer for over 15 yrs . No she says no refunds. $25 bucks down the drain. Wise up cricket. Your service isn't that good and you sell broken phones. Goodbye and good riddance!
