I went to the store to purchase a phone.I qualified to get a phone with progressive leasing since I have a terrific credit score. When I received the phone I decided I didn't want the phone for one the headphones wasn't working properly for two the phone was cheap and it wasn't holding a call I only had the phone less then 24hours Do you know the sales rep at this location told me I CANNOT Return this phone to them because they don't take returns! ! She told me I have to return the phone to the progressive leasing that is ridiculous because progressive leasing don't sell phones now they lied to me
