  Went today for a WWE meet and greet with Bianca Belair. Staff was super friendly and helped everyone get through efficiently. I'd come back if I was looking for a phone.

  The people here are a complete joke. They hosted a event today at this location featuring WWE superstar Sasha Banks. People waited in line to see her and get a autograph. So as your in line they tend to hold it up at times and make each fan encounter longer then they began walking thru the line saying that we weren't gonna get a autograph at 12pm when she was scheduled until 1pm. They then told us that if we signed up for there service (a new account) then we could be placed in the front of the line. So the service was $30 (for the cheapest one) then another 79.99 for a phone if you didn't have one to transfer and that's didn't include taxes and fees. So we're looking at about $110 minimum. Now as tempting as it sounded it was wrong! It's a free event but your finding ways to manipulate it that you could prolong it and force people's hand to buy service with Cricket to see Sasha Banks. Shame on you!!! You know how many people and kids looked sad being told they might not see her if unless you purchased service. Then to add to this once the time was approaching to 1pm even people that signed up and went up there to sign up for the service was turned away with nothing not even a photo. How messed up is that!!! If Cricket wanted to make money off this meet and greet then they should have advertised that from the beginning and I'm sure people would have been prepared to pay and would have had a better meet and greet event. I hope someone from Cricket would reach out for which I will give word of mouth for how unprofessional this was with hopes of getting thru to those I reiterate my experience to.

  I go here sometimes to pay my bills, They never hve lots of phones in stock, They hve security guard here wth a gun 2 mke sure nobody is going 2 rob this location, The customers R very professional......They do not fix cellphones @ this locations....This store do not have a variety of phones!!!! I LEFT CRICKET!!!!
