  I was told that I cannot purchase a SIM card directly from their store which was a lie. I went on cricket website and it says 100% that they sell cricket SIM cards in store. I was lied to over an activation fee if she sells me the SIM card then I get around paying her an activation fee. then I get around paying her a activation fee which you can do for free through cricket self services very bad customer service. She literally lied to me.

  I'm so sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name who assisted me. He was awesome at the Wadsworth store months ago. He patiently helped me transfer all my photos, texts, & contacts over to my new phone. Thank you

  The employees at the Wadsworth store were very polite and helpful... I was helped by an employee by the name of Hendricks...He was extremely helpful and a great gentleman...I recommend them anyone who has cricket phone service...👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
