  I feel like i have been scammed by best buy. I was charged over $100.00 for a tech to come out to stare at my microwave and encourage me to buy a new one. Displayed no interest in actually servicing the issue. When I called the customer service I was told it would be another fee hundred dollars for parts and labor although iam a total tech member ( it's worthless) however I was able to fix the microwave myself by snapping a piece into place. Simple easy fix that best buy tried to scam me out of hundreds for. It's very sad that companies aren't trustworthy or for their consumers. Then they give you a hundred thirty dollar coupon in the amount they charge you to have a tech come out to do absolutely nothing, with so many restrictions such as microwave needing to be above a certain price to even use it you aren't getting any real discount. Beware scammmmm

  I took my computer into them to fix on Wednesday 3/11/26 my computer would not boot up on Saturday 3/14/26 I received a call that it was ready and fixed I went to get it on 3/16/26 and plugged it in on 3/17/26 and the same thing is happening to the computer as when I took it to them o live 40/45 minutes from the Best Buy plus I have to get a ride up there because I’m unable to drive do to my eye site now they not trying to help me with this now I have to get a way back to them to fix it this is crazy
