    Very bad home service for the additional three years. I made two consecutive appointments. I sat at the door with the door open and waited for 4 hours without seeing GEEK SQUAD come to maintain the dryer. The third appointment is for April 8th. The entire family was left without a dryer, which wasted another two days. Contact customer service and you can't send the dryer to BESTBUY for maintenance. In an endless loop, I kept calling to make an appointment, waiting at home, and never saw the maintenance staff show up. Can the general manager of BESTBUY see this comment?

    Very mad I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me at Geek Squad to properly shout him out, but he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and fixed my laptop within 10 minutes in the chilliest way. I will return here next time I need a repair.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy on Christopher Columbus Blvd, and it completely changed how I view this store. During my initial visit, there were multiple employees on the sales floor, yet no one was willing to help me find a simple USB power cable. After asking several times, someone vaguely pointed me in the right direction but made no effort to actually assist me. However, when it came time to check out, there was no hesitation to complete the sale. Unfortunately, I later realized I didn’t need the product and attempted to return it. That’s when things got worse. The associate who checked me out never asked for my name or phone number, so when I misplaced my receipt, there was no way to look up my purchase. The store manager did not clearly explain the return policy and was not helpful in offering solutions. What’s most frustrating is that I later learned there were options available—such as exchanges or store credit—even without a receipt. None of these were offered to me. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. To make matters worse, as I walked away, I noticed the manager and associate laughing, which felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this location based on how customers are treated.

    I was dreading getting a new phone because in the past the process has always been a nightmare. With pushy salespeople, issues with transferring phones, I kept putting off getting a new phone until I absolutely had to. My phone was acting up so I decided it was time to get a new one. I went to Best Buy on Columbus blvd Wednesday March 4 and could not be happier with the customer service and care I received. I feel bad because the two guys that helped me, I didn't get their names, but I hope the manager reading this knows who was working that shift. One of the guys was training, he was super friendly and personable. The other guy, his name may be Nathan, made the process so easy. He walked me through options on which phone made sense for me, was patient with questions I had, and helped me set up the phone. Everything was seamless. I would definitely go back to this Best Buy and recommend to anyone else. Thanks for the great service!
