  Came in for a simple screen repair, technician didn’t want to fix it because my form of payment is Apple Pay for $29. Screen repair technician said I should have a second Apple device if I use Apple Pay which doesn’t make sense. It’s up to 3 hours for a minor repair. Never coming back here. They make things too difficult for a simple fix.

  Seriously needs a lot more staff and a system to take customers in an appropriate order. I’m not waiting 20+ minutes hoping someone maybe notices me so I can buy a laptop. This should be a 5-minute transaction.

  Front-of-store staff are often nice, but once you get to the Genius Bar, the experience drops off significantly. There is a clear lack of technical knowledge and professionalism among some of the back-of-house staff. Interactions are scripted, repetitive, and inefficient regardless of the situation. Staff run through the same basic troubleshooting steps most customers have already completed through the Apple Support app, and even after being told that, they still repeat them, wasting time. Management allows this to continue. When unprofessional behavior is pointed out, they redirect the conversation back to the device instead of addressing the service. Communication is often unprofessional and poorly handled. Staff seem to pride themselves on repeatedly explaining repair cost differences with and without AppleCare+, which adds no value to customers who already have coverage and only wastes time. This reflects a team that consistently demonstrates a lack of preparation, technical depth, and accountability in customer interactions. In my case, a device less than a year old failed after minimal water exposure within Apple’s advertised resistance conditions, and I was still told to pay a $99 replacement fee. Regardless of policy, the way this was handled lacked clarity and basic customer awareness. For a company like Apple, this level of service is unacceptable.

  Laura and the entire team were so helpful and nice. I came in around 6:20pm very upset because I cracked my phone screen. They immediately helped me and took my phone back within 10 minutes. By 7:30, it was ready for pickup. I really appreciated their efforts as I know it was late in the day. Thank you so much for the whole team, my phone is all fixed now 🙏💓

  I made a 245pm appointment for a battery replacement, and was told to wait in the back at 2:35pm. I did as instructed at the Genius Bar, and received no acknowledgement from any staff 30 minutes later. I left at 3:10 p.m. We need appointments and scheduling for everything now, but a business can’t be bothered to update me or honor my time. Do Better and go to the Cherry Hill location.
