- HRHilton RodriguezMar 31, 20261.0Their response is awful! My wife scheduled my dogs to have their health certification and parasite application in order for them to travel out of the country. She asked Dr. Katherine Kaulius to inform us if they were USDA accredited and asked her to let us know immediately. More than a month later my wife called because we didn't hear from the vet, and we were told that they were NOT USDA accredited. My wife frantically called other vets so that we could get the dog's health certificates and their parasite application. They seem to only care about the money and not the well being of your pet. We were going to have one tooth removed from one of our dogs, and they quoted us over $2,000 for ONE tooth. We were able to find another vet that did it for half the price and better care for our pet. The rest of the staff is great and very friendly!!!
