He took care of us from the second we entered the door to the second we left, and we cannot thank him enough for how smooth he made the process of upgrading a phone, as well as adding a line after switching from a different carrier! He helped us after Apple and a Verizon in north east failed to do so (the Verizon in north east completely changed my boyfriends plan without telling him and made it more expensive) . He was so patient and deserves all the praises (and a bonus!!) thank you Christopher!!
