Every time I’ve gone in, the team has been super attentive and genuinely helpful. On one visit, they helped me link my phone and home internet accounts, something I couldn’t get done through Verizon’s phone support. They walked me through the options, helped me choose the best plan for my needs, and clearly explained all the fine print. Most recently, I needed help with my move and again couldn’t handle it over the phone. The staff took the time to explain the whole process and even received my modem ahead of time, which made the transition smooth and stress-free. This is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a service provider store. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and truly focused on helping customers. Highly recommended!

I had switched to a new carrier with the phone paid off but it was still locked so I had no service. I was extremely frustrated after almost 24 combined hours of cs rep time. Before I could walk out John stopped me & sat me down said he'd handle it. Called customer service through his rep line and demanded they unlock the phone which they did. He was no nonsense and extremely helpful. Thanks again man for your help.
