That completely changed thanks to Shrey and Neel. From the moment they stepped in to help, their patience, professionalism, and genuinely positive attitudes turned everything around. They took the time to really listen, didn’t rush me, and calmly worked through the issues until everything was resolved. Even though the situation started off stressful, they stayed kind, respectful, and focused on finding a solution—and they did. What could have remained a bad experience ended up being a great one because of them. Customer service like this is rare. Shrey and Neel truly went above and beyond, and they’re the reason I left the store feeling satisfied and taken care of. Huge thanks to both of them!
