- HSHadden SmithMay 29, 20245.0I recently dropped off my Lenova Laptop off at the Montgomeryville, PA Best Buy and was met by Juan who was very professional and friendly. He did a diagnostic and determined it needed a new hard drive and presented several choices. While I was there was another person getting a computer looked at that got very loud and vulger and Juan kept his cool and understanding and it looked like Jaun help the customer to a resolution. When I picked up my lap top Eduardo presented it back to me and help me reestablish the login and demonstrated that they had saved what I had on the hard drive which enabled me to use the computer without any problems. 5 stars for the Montgomeryville, PA Best Buy Geek Squad team
