I arrived slightly late to my appointment (just beyond 10 minutes) and discovered that Geek Squad considers this a “no-show” and cancelled my appointment. It took me 20 minutes during my work day to arrive here and I received no advance notice of this no show policy. The only thing I will rely on Geek Squad going forward is for wasting my time. Poorly run operation with awful customer service. Good luck to the rest.
- LHLeo HanleyJun 22, 20181.0Absolute garbage. My pc had simple problem with the motherboard, the “geeks” at geek squad have absolutely no idea what they are doing. So the told me it would take 3-4 weeks to repair my computer, 6 weeks later I get an email telling me that my pc it ready to be picked up. The only problem, they said they weren’t able to fix it. So what were they doing for the past 6 weeks. Dispite their lack of knowledge, their over priced repairs, and their inability to estimate time, the geek squad is a great place to repair your pc.
