  Extremely disappointed. Purchased a new desktop computer online and dropped off my old computer so that in addition to setting up the new one, all the documents, as well as a few critical programs (e.g., Quicken) could be transferred from my old computer to the new one. When the work was supposedly completed, I picked up both computers, after spot checking whether the two key apps had been properly installed. However, when I got home I discovered that the Geek Squad had failed to transfer my documents. Too much trouble to spend 3 hours driving back and forth and perhaps wait 2-3 days to have them complete what they should have done the first time. I will now attempt it myself. PS In fairness should note that the Geek Squad representative I dealt with directly — who I assume did not actually work on my computers — was friendly. And the Lenovo desktop I purchased was an excellent value.

  I had my computer custom built. It was an overall excellent experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and their work is high quality. Thank you to Alfonzo, Eli, Zach, Jason, Julian, and Thomas. Would definitely recommend.
