  Probably one of the cleanest animal hospitals I have ever seen. Staff at the front desk checked in my furry feline. Just needed to hand over her medical history. Quick and painless. I didnt wait to long either. Kind you I went in on a Saturday. The doctor and his assistant are pleasant. He asked me questions and I of him. Surprised I wasn't asked to make a follow up appointment granted it would be a year out but ok. Parking can be a little tricky because the pet resort on the other end takes up quite a few spots. I will definitely be calling and going there should anything happen to my precious fur ball.

  My dog always looks great after she's been groomed, but what means the most to me is that she stopped to greet the girls on her way out. That tells me that they are kind to her. It means the world to me. Thanks

  We couldn’t ask for a better first vet visit for our Lola! The doctor and assistant and staff were so incredibly loving to Lola and helpful with all of our questions as a first time dog owner. They diagnosed her with 2 tapeworms and immediately had her medication ready right away the next day. Thank you so much VCA for taking care of Lola!!

  First, I appreciate everyone who works or volunteers in this industry. The VCA Wellington Hospital in Newtown Square called me soliciting new business under the guise of a "free exam" for our new kitten. Upon arrival, two days later arriving by herself, they offered and charged our daughter $70 for a Rabies shot, that was already covered at the SPCA when we bought her a new kitten. The Manager there said they were given my contact info from the SPCA and the kitten's medical records, except the one that stated a rabies shot was already covered and scheduled. They pre-empted that task and charged our daughter when she thought she was doing something responsible. When I asked the manager why she didn't know the policies of their partner, the SPCA and why they would take advantage of a young lady, her response was, "well if your daughter feels like she was manipulated but you felt comfortable enough to send her here in the first place, THAT'S NOT MY FAULT." Wow. I'm still in shock. Brandywine SPCA - Two Thumbs Up; VCA Wellington - Two Thumbs Down! Have a wonderful day all :)
