I was reluctant because switching phones can be a huge headache.We went into the store in Newtown Square this past Saturday and Sales Team Lead Glen Anramson was quick to greet us. Throughout our time with Glen he was professional, courteous, friendly and VERY helpful! Before I knew it I was walking out of the store with a new IPhone and Apple Watch! It was painless and actually a nice experience, which I’ve NEVER had when buying a new phone. I highly recommend Glen when visiting the store. He was great to work with!
