My wife and I were at this location in August to transfer service to Verizon as new customers, trading in our old phones. The promotion was to pay off our previous phones, trade them in, and receive two iPhone 16 Pros for free. This process took 4 HOURS. There were multiple times when the representatives seemed like they were unsure how to process our transfer which was nothing special. Mind you, we had our toddler with us. No explanation was given as to what took so long. Furthermore, we are now thinking we have been lied to because our old phones have NOT BEEN PAID OFF. And, we have nothing official in our paperwork indicating when this will happen. I have been trying to call Verizon customer service to get to the bottom of this. I will post an update to this review when I have one.
