  I will never forget the customer service I had. Felt like dealing with a good friend/s. I’m sure if you need any help switching to Verizon or any help updating your current devices. The team at Verizon Mt.Lebanon are the best! I almost wanted to leave Verizon for something cheaper I thought but after updating my plan with the staff in store . I’m going to stay! Kudos Verizon Mt.Lebanon . Thanks for your help

  Came in looking to upgrade my Samsung s21, Nick greeted me from the door & made the upgrade process super easy & relieving. Will be doing my future business at this store & recommend anybody else to do the same!

  Would give zero stars if I could. Store and company's "customer service" have been terrible. Was sold a Verizon promotion that involved four lines at $25/line after autopay (plus taxes/fees) and that it included four free iPhone 17 Pros (full cost covered after 36 monthly billing credits). Was incredibly happy with the deal and ended up also spending over $300 on accessories. Bill comes several days later and find a bunch of additional charges I never agreed to ($60+/month protection plan, $10/month per line hot spot fees, activation costs) that were never explained and I never agreed to. Called Verizon and found out that not only were these fees included by the store, but also the deal the sales person sold me had expired and Verizon wouldn't honor. The best Verizon could do was $30/line per month (with the possibility of going to $25/line per month at some future undetermined date if I was a "good" customer). Also, Verizon was only going to give me $20 per phone, resulting in me paying an additional $40+ a month. So my total phone bill was going to be roughly $190/month instead of the $130/month I was sold. Verizon tells me that I can cancel because I'm within 30 days, but TCC says they will only return roughly $250 of the roughly $1,000 due to unreturnable accessories, restocking fees, and who knows what other charges. I asked to speak to a store manager and was told they don't have one, I asked to speak to a regional manager and was told they can only receive messages from regional managers and can't contact them. I was referred to TCC customer service (with the same number that replies to each of these reviews) and no one actually answers the customer service line. I've left 2 voicemails, called roughly 8 times over 3 days, and I also emailed the company and no one has responded to me at all. For a company with nearly 200+ stores around the country it seems unfathomable for customer service to be this bad. So now, after wasting roughly 8 hours trying to resolve this, I'm left with a choice, get screwed out of $750 dollars because a sales person sold me a deal that didn't exist or get stuck in a contract that I overpay by at least $1,500 over the next 3 years because a salesman sold me something that didn't exist. I wish company's still had a shred of integrity and empathy for the consumers they screw.

  I had trouble getting fios tv to come on today. I called tech support and spoke with Erin. This lady talked me through to getting the tv to work. I wasn't sure whether it was the router or the remote. Erin told me how to use another remote to connect to the tv in the living room. That wasn't enough. She talked me through to getting my cell phone to connect to the printer and the add-on extender router. What a blessing Erin was to me on this cold and wintry day. Thank you so much, Erin in New York. And thank you Verizon for hiring Erin.
