I called and the store was only open till 7 and I would get there around 6 :45. She said come in and she would be able to get our phone purchased. She was amazing took the time to go over the important details about our account. She was simply amazing. Naomi actually made me forget how angry I was that wilkes barre location just wasted 1 and half hours of my time. She was amazing and I know now where to go for my Verizon needs. My son thanks you for making this happen and he couldn't be more happy with his new phone purchase. Thanks again from a very a happy mom.
