    Do yourself a favor and avoid this store like the plague (and Verizon for that matter). Traded my phone in last year for a new S24 was told it be an immediate credit bringing my new balance to $500 which makes sense I've done it with Samsung several times. Fast forward this year ready to pay the phone off they tell me I still owe over $1000 for the phone. The "contract" (or Device payment plan they call it) had them matching my $15 a month and the only way to get the full $1000 (AFTER giving them my trade in) was to stay the full 3 years at $120 a month or pay off the full balance. Was absolutely lied to and now the reps conveniently gone. Unfortunately paid the phone off and switched carriers only for them to NOT unlock my phone and bounce me around for two weeks between customer service and multiple stores all while having no service and yet again told it's not their problem. Combined total of about 24 hours logged in customer service time it's honestly insane but I'm just thankful to have my service back & have a new carrier. I'd recommend the mall location their manager John had no horse in the race but went out of his way to get me out of this mess and he actually cares. Regardless I would highly recommend staying away from this store.

    Jason was awesome! Another great in-store experience today at the Verizon store in Ambler. Jason went above and beyond, spending significant time on the phone trying to help us resolve an ongoing issue with return labels for four mobile devices we’ve been trying to return since August. What started with two devices has now grown to four, and we’ve continued to be charged month after month — totaling over $700 for equipment we’ve been attempting to return. Despite Jason’s patience, professionalism, and determination, Verizon’s internal process failed him (and us). He stayed on the line through multiple calls, only for representatives to hang up and managers to offer no resolution. It’s frustrating that Verizon can’t even send return boxes or labels to their own stores — especially when customers like us have done everything right and waited in good faith. We’re a nonprofit boutique trying to do good in the community, and this situation has been both financially and operationally draining. Jason deserves 5 stars (and more, if possible) for his customer service, empathy, and professionalism — but Verizon’s process gets zero. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, we’ll have no choice but to pursue it legally. Verizon, please do better.

    If you’re looking for the best Verizon store in Montgomeryville, PA, head straight to 744 Bethlehem Pike. I came in for a new phone and ended up needing a business line. Ben Gibson on the retail side was knowledgeable, funny, and immediately figured out my needs. He connected me with Marcie Jetland, the Business Account Manager, who was an absolute gem—patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. Everyone knows a trip to Verizon can take time, but this team made it smooth and stress-free. If you need a business account or business line setup in Montgomeryville, ask for Marcie Jetland. If you need help with your phone, upgrades, or retail service, see Ben Gibson. Their expertise and customer service made this the most positive Verizon experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this location!
