    I had a horrible experience with this location. JASON( the assistant manger) clamming to be the manager doesn’t know anything about professionalism. He laughed at my face after messing up my account. They pray on people’s vulnerability and add lines and promotions that don’t work. I spent hours of my time Fixing an issue they had created after just going into their to return my old device. They also added two lines to my account. They are claiming that you cannot take and old phone back to a corporate location to return it. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon Wireless location. I went in to ask about unexpected increases on my bill, but the Assistant Manager made it clear he had no interest in helping. He was rude, curt, and dismissive throughout the entire interaction, telling me to contact corporate. What made the situation even worse was how it ended — he tapped me on the arm and told me to “have a good night” before walking away. This was completely inappropriate and felt like a violation of my personal space. There is no circumstance where it is okay to touch a customer. Professionalism and respect should be essential for any any business, especially if you are part of management. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Verizon customers deserve better. Take your business elsewhere.

    Do yourself a favor and avoid this store like the plague (and Verizon for that matter). Traded my phone in last year for a new S24 was told it be an immediate credit bringing my new balance to $500 which makes sense I've done it with Samsung several times. Fast forward this year ready to pay the phone off they tell me I still owe over $1000 for the phone. The "contract" (or Device payment plan they call it) had them matching my $15 a month and the only way to get the full $1000 (AFTER giving them my trade in) was to stay the full 3 years at $120 a month or pay off the full balance. Was absolutely lied to and now the reps conveniently gone. Unfortunately paid the phone off and switched carriers only for them to NOT unlock my phone and bounce me around for two weeks between customer service and multiple stores all while having no service and yet again told it's not their problem. Combined total of about 24 hours logged in customer service time it's honestly insane but I'm just thankful to have my service back & have a new carrier. I'd recommend the mall location their manager John had no horse in the race but went out of his way to get me out of this mess and he actually cares. Regardless I would highly recommend staying away from this store.
