He laughed at my face after messing up my account. They pray on people’s vulnerability and add lines and promotions that don’t work. I spent hours of my time Fixing an issue they had created after just going into their to return my old device. They also added two lines to my account. They are claiming that you cannot take and old phone back to a corporate location to return it. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere.
