Saw an item on Best Buy web page and I selected option to show in stock items only.
When I saw item I wanted was in stock at the Monroeville store, drove to purchase. BUT when I got ti Monroeville store wasted the no longer sell the item, even though it was online as in stock.
Bought an open box item described as excellent with all.origanl items. Received and item that looked to be used that last couple years. Scratches on the screen, plastic staid black, missing thumbstick covers, sticker residue on the back. When I returned it the employee even stated the item should have been sold and said Bestbuy hires anyone anymore and isnt surprised.

I loved how the gentleman was patient and knowledgeable with the right computer was good for me . I was very pleased in Monroeville.

I bought the snaptain 30 pro couples days ago I tried to connect the remote controller, it took me an hour to do it, finally I connected it when the drone took off it was very unstable, it pulled to the right or left went up down, in first flight, when I called it back it fall about 5 feet it got little damage, I took it to the best buy, they said they won't take back cz it had little crack, they wanted me to contact the snaptain company this is ridiculous, they scammed me 320 dollars be cause they sold me brokendrone and denied to take it back , I left the drone in the best buy store, they said i should got a protection for it to return it so I canceled my membership and left the store not buy snaptain 30 pro unless you pay 120 dollars protection or waste your money.

Wish there was a lower review than one star but I have an issue which should be covered by my Best buy total membership that I pay yearly and I spend over $10,000 a year at the store but my TV screen is cracked and it's clearly states in five different places within the brochure and online that it's covered by my membership but the in-store will not honor it at all and told me that they will not replace it at all or even look at it I'm supposed to have a replacement TV or a credit for a new TV and they won't honor their warranty whatsoever I'll be sure to be canceling my total membership and taking my business somewhere else it's so sad cuz I used to love Best buy and drop over 10,000 a year there on their newest products every year
