    Have only visited for pick-ups on busy holidays. One of the times was routine, but the other time, the store was busy and yet the staff went out of their way to service my pickup request before the expected time.

    I made an online order for pick up and they canceled my order because I changed the pick up person after I placed the order. Instead of calling me to verify I made the changes they took it upon themselves to cancel my order. Then give me the run around about why it was canceled. They put me through 4 different people before waiting on hold for the longest to speak with a supervisor. Was on the phone for over 2 hours, Which they still did not fix the problem telling me 7-10 business days until my money is back on my card which should have not been taking off til the order was picked up in the first place. Not to mention after waiting 30-45 minutes to speak with the supervisor he hung up on me. Definitely my last time dealing with Best Buy.

    Walked and went over to phone center a employee was with another customer , so I decided to wait and look around for what I needed. After the employee was done with that customer, he skipped over to another guy that was looking at phones. Okay, I waited till he was done.. The employee after he was done with that customer avoided me. So I walked back over to the greeter , and asked where I could find a magnetic charger , he pointed over there. So I picked one up and walked back over to him, and asked him, would this work with my phone? The answer was yes. Very Poor customer service. This was on a tuesday 11:30 there was hardly anyone shopping.

    VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE: I had a very frustrating experience at Best Buy. First, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to assist me. When help finally arrived, the associate couldn’t resolve my issue because the items were not labeled correctly. Despite the confusion, I decided to purchase the item, only to find out that my reward had expired. The manager told me he couldn’t fix the expired reward but suggested I call customer service to have it reissued. When I called, customer service informed me they do not reissue expired rewards. This was a waste of time and extremely disappointing. My advice: think twice before purchasing items from Best Buy.
