    Not a good experience. Arrived one or two minutes after they closed. However the employee was inside finishing up with a customer; he saw me and just told me from inside that the store was closed. I was just needing to pick a new phone, I had to come back the next day. It took less than a minute to get the phone that next day. Bureocracy is not exclusive to the government offices.

    Our setup experience here a year ago was terrible. The salesman had numbers that didn’t match up and had no explanation as to how he was getting the numbers that he was. He then up and left as well in order to take his lunch break without even saying a word to us. We had to come back the next day to get literally everything set up. We’ve had constant issues with service and customer service. We had yet again the next issue with service and sat on hold for an hour. We were close to this store so we went in even though we haven’t had the best experience there. They were able to restore the service but had no explanation really as to why this has happened multiple times. They also weren’t the most customer service forward people. We were not the easiest to work with but we are beyond frustrated with Verizon and we’re just looking for some assistance. This store needs to evaluate its procedures along with educating their managers and sales people. Verizon also needs to reevaluate their customer service and coverage for all customers!

    Jill the manager on my personal business account worked 5 hours with me today to get my business account #’s straight. She rocked it at hours of frustrations we almost threw in the towel she rocked it. Taking one smaller break we sat trying to port at&t &comcast to the run around. They put glitches in the software the portal wont work to get your transfer pin. They send you to overseas to undercated people. Takes hours there needs to be class action lawsuits. They do this so you can’t leave them. Last week 14 hours on the phone week before 3. Hours. There systems ONLY WILL LET YOU WORK until you find someone who is not undereducated. They dont know the infrastructure of the the company. They do this so you get frustrated and give up she did not and saved me $40. Per month which is $480. Per year . Shes a first class act actually cares about the customers. Im not related nor, paid she just killed it for me and finally got it resolved taking 5 hours focused on me. If you have a business account see her for sure! Thanks Jill!

    Upon visiting the store to purchase, the iPhone 17 Pro Max, I discovered that they were indeed in. I expressed my satisfaction to Rudy and waited for approximately 10 minutes until the employee retrieved the device from the safe. The store offered both the orange and blue color options. However, I was unaware that the employee had sold me a 512GB storage capacity instead of the desired 256GB capacity. I did not notice this discrepancy at the time. The employee informed me that I would receive a credit of $1100 for the purchase, followed by oh no it would $800 credit. Unfortunately, I received only $600 credit. I did pick the $65 mo plan. Regarding the military discount, the employee assured me that it would be $25 for the two devices. However, the actual discount was only $10. Additionally, I requested the new AirPods Pro (3) but the employee instead sold me the Pro 2 ($249), which were not the latest model. Informed me they were, which are $199 per Apple website. Furthermore, I informed the employee that I intended to purchase Apple Care, I did not require Verizon insurance. Despite this, the employee charged me $19 for one device. The phone not the watch. This is outside the additional $40 for activating the iPhone and watch ($80) total. **Note:** Be advised that the store charges a $49.99 fee for setting up, transferring, and activating the device. I did not ask, he failed to mention. This fee is specifically associated with purchases made at this particular store. Would not accept photo, I attempted to upload. I did get $140 credit without asking on my bill before I left. Still not a happy person Returned everything Just don’t!
