  You better call before you go just because the website says they are open doesn't mean they are. Of course you don't know this till after your 45 mile round trip. Don't worry what corporate says, even after corporate says we will put it on your account and it will be free they will insist to charge you a fee even though you have been a verizon customer for over 16 years. Its a safe bet that this was my first and last time to go to this store.
