I drove an hour and they wouldn’t even take my laptop that was a present for repair. Keeping in mind all it needs is a new charging port. I’m not asking for them to unlock it or anything like that absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life four people at the same appointment time two people out there and then they couldn’t even touch it after I drove an hour to get it done.

Came in with my company laptop, and was treated extremely poorly. Was told they won't do anything until I pay $180 for a Best Buy membership. Explained I didn't want the membership and had permission from my employer to have a diagnostics run. They wouldn't do it. Also told me to go to Amazon to get a new battery for lap top when they sold them. Horrible employees and horrible experience.

We had a problem with our 56 in TV. It was under an extended warranty. First, they could not find the warranty. We had to go to the store to get that taken care of. Then we had to wait for the appointment and the window was six hours. We stayed home for that time and no one called. At 5:15 I called the geek squad to find out if they were coming. I was informed that they had called two hours before and had set up a new appointment for March 9. After being on the phone for over a half hour we took an appointment for Friday sometime between seven AM and seven PM. In the process we had ask to speak to a supervisor and was told we would have to wait another 45 minutes. THIS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will see what Friday brings. We were told we would get a narrower window. I hope so. I am not willing to give up another day. The person on the phone, Macy, was very helpful. It is the system that is screwed up.
