- DSDonna SandersDec 9, 20251.0I drove an hour and they wouldn’t even take my laptop that was a present for repair. Keeping in mind all it needs is a new charging port. I’m not asking for them to unlock it or anything like that absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life four people at the same appointment time two people out there and then they couldn’t even touch it after I drove an hour to get it done.

Explained I didn't want the membership and had permission from my employer to have a diagnostics run. They wouldn't do it. Also told me to go to Amazon to get a new battery for lap top when they sold them. Horrible employees and horrible experience.
