Because last year with the refrigerator. Butttt with my recent purchase of the dishwasher. Ya a total joke. Apparently this company Installs Inc. yaaaaa very very horrible on keeping appointments with people. Very horrible on keeping you updated on the delivery status. Call Best Buy and they don’t even have a way to contact anyone to get an update. Then what they don’t tell you is your appointment time is a 12 hour window. 7am-7pm. The wife stays home all day. Our kids are autistic. 4pm is their bedtime. They stay up till 7 and at 7:12 I get a call from “south of the border” heyyyy buddy we’ll be there in 20 minutes. I tell him no way that’s not happening. You’re past your window. You never updated me once. It’s dark out. My kids are asleep. Then he wants to reschedule and I’m like nope I’m getting a refund. You guys are a joke. Then dude hangs up. So ya double check. But ya don’t use installs inc.

Kindly extended the appointment while I had a new power supply shipped in to exchange with the defective one. Very kind and patient with my parents who did the initial drop-off. Very grateful for thier superb customer service.

The guy who helped me immediately went into well let me see if we can order it for you instead of saying let me see if we have it in stock 1st. He had this weird grin/smirk on his face like I don’t know if he thought I couldn’t afford my $900.00 purchase but I could and I did walk out the store with my items! I’ll never shop at this location again!
