I could understand if this was disclosed ahead of time and if they actually setup my phone but they pretty much just turned it on. I had to setup the phone myself. Update: changing to 1 star. I got a hold of the company like the reply said to do and they gave me the run around and told me that the $60 setup fee is non refundable and they wasted 30 minutes of my time. The representative over the phone was pretty hostile as well.

Ugh), my husband & I were reluctant to ever enter another phone store. But one can avoid it for only so long. We didn't want to try to buy one online. We had questions. We wanted a brick & mortar & a real, live person to talk to. So we took a chance & walked into 16383 Conneaut Lake Rd. We met with Gary. He is fantastic. Extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Answered all our questions in terms we understood. Yes, his job is to sell, but that was not his priority. He is not a 'hard sell'. Not pushy. Gary did a great job helping us to understand the technical stuff & the different plan options. We will definitely be returning for our future cell phone needs! Thank You, Gary!
