  Wow, once again just a stand out experience with the entire staff at VCA Valley vet. We brought our little buddy Guts to be weighed to get his prescription for dewormer/flea and tick medication. My husband and I are again blown away by how KIND and empathetic the women who took care of him today are. Jess the vet tech and Lynn B. Who we settled the bill with are literally the nicest people I've ever met!!! If you have a nervous kitty (as we do) who doesn't do well with strangers, make sure you see Jess and Lynn B. Jess knew EXACTLY how to handle Guts, he let her freakin' cuddle him!!!! He doesn't even let my mom see him!! She is a cat woman through and through!!!!! This was a very FEAR FREE appointment today, I cannot stress this enough. Jess was so calm and collected, she was lovely and kind not only to Gutsy, but to us as well as new cat parents navigating through how to best take care of him. Lynn B. Is also an incredible woman, she always welcomes us wholeheartedly, I didn't even need to tell her we had an appointment she already knew who we were and what we were there for without me even opening my mouth. She is a certified cat LOVER!! Our visit was quick, easy, informational and I believe they even got us in early because we showed up a bit early, which we deeply appreciate. I could write a book about how much we love this vet clinic and the people that run it, but if you take anything from this review, you are making the right choice as a cat owner to bring your baby here.

  Called about a tick in our puppies neck. Dozer doesn't even go to this vet office, but we may start him there in the future. They removed the tick and didn't charge us! Super friendly people. Very gentle, patient, and made sure our pup felt the love. Highly recommend this office if you're in the market for a vet. The office itself is spotless, and very nice!

  Wonderful people! Found a tick in our puppies neck last night that we were unable to remove. First thing this morning I tried for a HALF HOUR to reach his veterinarian(Banfield) and they refused to answer the phone...dont get me started on that place, huge regret.🙄 Anyhow.. these wonderful people said if we bring him in they will absolutely remove the tick from his neck. In and out in a couple minutes and the staff was very friendly and professional. Office is also very cute and clean. You can tell these people take pride in what they do. Thank you again!! We greatly appreciate your help

  I was very happy with my experience here with Dr. Elgin! Very patient with my nervous pup and knowledgeable! Klondike warmed up a bit, especially with the cheese tax she got 🧀
