    I hate to share this because everyone I spoke to seemed so kind and helpful live, but I got Wells Fargo'ed at this location. When I went into the store to transfer my phone from an old one to a new one, someone added a new line to my old phone (though the esim was never actually set up or used on the old phone because I never knew about it). I was charged a new line fee and the new line also had added international travel pass and a mobile hotspot. Fortunately, I didn't have to prove the negative that I didn't add the line and online support refunded my money and disconnected it, but it nearly cost me $200 and actually cost 2 hours of my time to fix.
