  So recently there was a two-day period where cricket was apparently having situations with media sending over text. My local store was closed so I called this one being the next town over. The man who answered the phone, instead of admitting there was a problem that he didn't know anything about, he told me that I would need to upgrade my phone to 5G. That the type of phone I had didn't come in 5G until 2024, so I would need to update it and that was the only way it was going to fix the problem. My phone is a 2023 Moto 5G Stylus. It's in the name of my phone! I chuckled while I was on the phone and he was telling me this like I was a moron. Don't get tricked by the lousy salesman at the Latrobe cricket. Oddly enough two days later the issue resolved itself without having to buy a new phone .
