The salesman told me I could look at the smartphones on the wall, secured in some mounts. How am I supposed to feel the size and design in my hands if they're locked to a wall mount? The salesman didn't even offer to show me one from the store's inventory or at least say something like: 'Tell me which one you're interested in, and I'll unlock the mount for you to take a look.' Or at least say: 'Sir, I apologize, but this is the standard for Verizon stores, and I'm sorry, but I can't assist you!' What he did was ignore me, didn't even accompany me to the wall, giving me no assistance whatsoever. The minimum you expect from a store is customer service, since I can buy the product anytime, even from my cell phone. Which is what I did; I got home and upgraded not only to the iPhone 17 Pro but also bought a Series 11 smartwatch. No more need to visit that store...
