- KCKenzie ConveryApr 8, 20261.0While there with my puppy I expressed that he was sneezing a lot and I knew he had kennel cough I was told it may not be that and we were sent home and the symptoms only have gotten worse so I called and was told I could pick up the medicine and when I arrived I was told I was going to have to pay 149 dollars after I was there a week ago and had a certificate so it could be no charge even though I already expressed this concern to them a week ago and I was told he didn’t have it and was only given medicine to help his stomach which wasn’t our concern the kennel cough was and now it got worse and we had to go back again because they said he didn’t have it n then was expected to pay when if it was taken care of before like I said it would have been no charge
