  Dr’s Marx & Ramirez are absolutely brilliant and have great bed side manners including their prompt texts and calls for all updates. Tobi is so kind and knowledgeable. It’s beyond words. All other staff, including Tina, are wonderful and thoughtful. I really do not have a negative comment as I highly recommend this practice!! They all care about their patients and owners.

  I like their new office. Roomy and comfortable for pets. Staff goes out of their way to be nice to the animals too.

  I've been bringing my dogs here for years. I liked the old location better driving wise but this new location is fancier. I like the mix of alternative medicine and modern medicine.

  I have never taken my dogs anywhere but the VCA Animal Healing Center. Dr. Marx is, to put it simply, a gift. She and her team have taken care of my pets from puppies to, in the case of my boy Chooch, his afternoon to cross the Rainbow Bridge (which was handled with dignity and grace). And it’s not just Dr. Marx. It’s the techs (Jordan, Mallory, Lindsey, Cass). The office manager (Tina). The receptionists (Tobi, Allison). I have never felt rushed here. I have never felt pressured. Even during the pandemic, which was an extraordinarily stressful time for the veterinary industry, Dr. Marx and her team were there for me. I give them the highest recommendation possible.
