VCA Delaware Animal Hospital were do I begin, this location has been assisting my cat Cal since he was 1. They are so compassionate and caring here and you don’t come across a place like that quite often. Yesterday at 8yrs old I had to put my best friend down due to cancer knowing you are heard and valued meant the world to me especially what I had to go through with letting Cal go. Rhianna turned such an awful process into a very peaceful relaxing experience for Cal and for me she also has been assisting Cal his whole life so she knew him and his back story. She let me take as much time as I wanted told me the process and even was so compassionate and comforting with me too something I needed because I was an absolute emotional wreck. Dr. Otto was also so supportive and kind he was telling me what was going on when he was doing something just kept me posted throughout the whole entire process it really gave me a peace of mind and both him and Rhianna answered all my questions I had. Rhianna was so kind enough to escort me the back exit so I didn’t have to walk to the front door. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning something so upsetting into something more peaceful not only for Cal but for me too and thank you for always being there for him throughout his life on earth. ♥️
