On a whim, I went into the Verizon store on Rohrerstown rd in lancaster to just ask a few questions. I was instantly greeted by Jose Ruiz, and felt immediately comfortable. Verizon was running some killer deals so the switch was a no brainer, but Jose was the deal maker, in the past this would of been an ordeal to say the least! I wasn’t even in there an hour, he handled the transfer, hooked me up with the phone I wanted, got a great case and screen protector, got me synced from my old phone to the new, and most importantly made it stress free! Couldn’t recommend any higher💪
