I always wait at least 20 minutes to speak to someone, and either they have me go through all of the steps just to conveniently not be able to finish my transaction because "Oh that promotion doesn't work in-store" or "you have to do this first" or they simply tell me they're not able to help me.

I have my own business and work remote from different locations and needed internet to travel with me to support this. They worked to get it set up. When I tried to get this sorted through Verizon.com and the Verizon call center it all became a big mess. Josh and Kedwin set up by business account and my mobile internet. And, I left with an even better deal than I could find online! They really helped out a lot!
