- DNDavid NicholsonJan 30, 20261.0My girl friend and her father went to this location for assistance with her cell phone not receiving calls.. the “manager” assisting her told her rudely that the process to get her phone back on was something she had to do by calling a help line and that he wouldn’t be doing it.. he seemed irritated at doing his job and overall an unpleasant man. My girl and her father left to go to the next Verizon store closest and the gentleman there took care of the issue in about 30 minutes and said “some people that work in the stores are just lazy” soo.. I can’t recommend the first location I’m leaving for this review for. As if you’ve gotten this far in reading my tangent you must have noticed similar reviews.. this store hires sloppy, angry, irritated by doing their job employees.. stay away

The previous day, I was helped by a very helpful associate. I returned around 6:30–7:00 pm on a Friday with my ID forgotten, planning to finish the process the next day. The store was quiet at my appointment time. Upon my arrival, assistant manager Chris seemed irritated and less than willing to assist. He had a strange odor and also he wore clothes that showed off his stomach . I’m a business customer with five phone lines and a tablet, and I intended to add lines for my employees, but I was treated dismissively and was asked to leave. He did not greet me or make me feel welcome, and the overall experience felt overwhelmed for him and unprofessional for the store. No one deserves service like that. I hope this location can improve how it handles customer concerns. After reading other reviews I’ve noticed that this is a on going thing with this place and this manager.
