The previous day, I was helped by a very helpful associate. I returned around 6:30–7:00 pm on a Friday with my ID forgotten, planning to finish the process the next day. The store was quiet at my appointment time. Upon my arrival, assistant manager Chris seemed irritated and less than willing to assist. He had a strange odor and also he wore clothes that showed off his stomach . I’m a business customer with five phone lines and a tablet, and I intended to add lines for my employees, but I was treated dismissively and was asked to leave. He did not greet me or make me feel welcome, and the overall experience felt overwhelmed for him and unprofessional for the store. No one deserves service like that. I hope this location can improve how it handles customer concerns. After reading other reviews I’ve noticed that this is a on going thing with this place and this manager.

I always wait at least 20 minutes to speak to someone, and either they have me go through all of the steps just to conveniently not be able to finish my transaction because "Oh that promotion doesn't work in-store" or "you have to do this first" or they simply tell me they're not able to help me.
