Waited two days and left work early for a phone screen repair only to be told by the dull and unhelpful staff that they weren’t equipped to make the repair. This is something that could have been worked out when I explained the issue when making the appointment.

There is no way to call them to get a quick appointment for repair or replacement. I had to go online and schedule yet another appointment four weeks later (Ugh). On the day of the second appointment they called and cancelled the appointment stating that their tech was sick (okay. Understandable). They said they'd call back the next day to get us in for our cancelled appointment. Three day's later, still no word from the Geek Squad and no way to call them directly. Scheduled yet another appointment four more weeks out (Ay Kurumba!). Its to the breaking point with me. Who runs a business with no direct phone contact? I now have a bad taste for both Geek Squad and Best Buy. Very poor business practice and unprofessional treatment of customers. Good luck in the future. You won't be seeing anymore of my hard earned money.
