It turned into an almost comical disaster. - ASAlliance Freight SolutionsOct 18, 20255.0X This was my first time in an Apple Store because honestly, it’s a little far for me to travel, but I happen to have had to make an appointment because my iPad M4 had a cracked screen. Well, after dealing with the technician I was able to look around the store and they definitely have large variety of items for purchase in which I did purchase something that I found useful. The only thing I was disappointed in, yes that all of their accessories for example iPhone, only work with the iPhone 16 and 17 and not with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I guess if you had to look at from an inventory standpoint, it would not make sense to have accessories for every model, but I think that they should.
- JJJustinOct 15, 20251.0Apple has some of the worst customer service around. If you have apple care you might as well cancel your subscription for it because they won't honor it. Took my iPhone in to get fixed since the camera was giving me issues I was told I could send the phone in and wait a week with no phone or pay a $1,500 hold to "rent" a phone. If you call apple they tell you the store should be able to take care of you right there and then that's false. This store but apple as a whole has no idea what's going on. Gone are the days you can just walk into the store and get your device fixed or swapped out. I guess they like to sell warranties they have no intention on honoring. I was told the store would call me but I never received a call and when you call the number that apple asks you to call it always goes right to voice mail. I've been an apple user my entire life but since this event I've decided to switch to Android it's pathetic you can't even get your devices fixed when you pay for apple care.
