  Walked in and was welcomed right away with smiles and then two awesome gentlemen came over to help me pick up my brand new game! Both were knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. Keep up the great work and thanks for the deal on my awesome new game. Give those two guys a raise!

  The people who helped me were very friendly and helpful as best as they could. There's a lot a products that are not offered in the store, on line only. That is a bit of inconvenience when you need something right away. What I needed the online option was not going to get to me in time. I definitely miss the old days of RadioShack and other mom and pop shops that would carry anything you needed. 😔

  Called to ask if they have a phone available to demo. Took three minutes to reach a live person through their ai “helper” and the person I was put in contact with WASN’T A STORE EMPLOYEE and couldn’t help me

  We went to the store to upgrade our iPhone and the Verizon rep made a computer error and couldn’t process our order. He deactivated our current phone and couldn’t get the new one working. Then he couldn’t get the old phone working. The rep couldn’t get anyone at Verizon to help and we’re told we now have to go to a Verizon store to get the phone working. Except it’s Sunday afternoon/evening and the Verizon stores are closed. So now we have a phone that doesn’t work at all. We’ve been going to this store for years and have never experienced such poor service.
