- FLFirst LastMar 16, 20265.0I wanted to call Park City store and the people basically lie when you ask are you at the store? They are not and pretent to forward you to the local store after an intense interrogation. The store itself and the people were amazing and "above and beyond" helpful.
- JBJames BurlingameMar 9, 20261.0I took my phone in for a battery replacement under Apple Care+. This “covered” replacement could not be completed in store and they needed to send out for 4 days. They gave me a “loaner phone” that I had to buy a charger for. I picked up today and my screen was scratched up. They told me to pound sand pretty much as the pics they took before service were not clear enough to see the screen. Austin was a smarmy little guy as well. I should have held off on battery replacement. It was working okay, but the diagnostic said to service and it was “covered” so I did it. I liked my phone better when it didn’t last as long but had less scratches.

I’ve owned dozens of Apple devices over the years dating back to an Apple II but am seriously doubting I’ll be buying anymore, it doesn’t seem like they care about supporting anything beyond the factory warranty even if you’re willing to pay for a repair on a 2 year old phone

I really appreciated his professionalism and friendliness. The staff were very polite and made sure I was taken back for my appointment right away.
