Apple sells a $1,300 product with only a one-year warranty — and even within that year, they seem unwilling to properly diagnose or assist when something goes wrong. My phone has ongoing Bluetooth connectivity issues that cause robotic audio and dropped connections whenever I’m on a call using AirPods or CarPlay. It’s almost like the phone “short circuits” when both Bluetooth and cellular are active. After multiple factory resets, reboots, and countless calls with Apple and Verizon support, the problem still exists. I finally went to the Apple Store expecting expert help, but instead my concern was dismissed because the issue couldn’t be duplicated in-store. For a company known for “premium” products and service, I expected much better support and accountability. So now I’m stuck with a $1300 device that has intermittent Bluetooth connection issues with no fix for the problem or support from Apple.

When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have the battery in stock and that I’d have to order it and come back another day. A few days later, when I returned (again driving 2 hours), they told me I would need to leave my phone and come back later to pick it up. This was never mentioned before. This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had with Apple — very poor communication and a complete waste of time and travel. For such a large company, I expected much better coordination and customer care.
