This is a very typical Apple store, with very many employees servicing very many customers. This place is always busy and I think it says a lot about Apple as a company. They make good products and have good service, but you do have to pay for it. The amount of business they get definitely shows that people love their products.

I was visiting Philadelphia on vacation when my old cracked iPhone screen finally crapped out. The touch screen ability was no more. If it wasn't for the following people: Justin, Zach, Tyler, Darius, Nicole, Juan, Matt, Solomon, my vacation would've taken a turn for the worst. These workers helped me and recovered my old phone without losing any of my information, tickets, photos, ECT. I truly appreciate the help that they all provided to get me out of my jam.
