She took the time to listen, troubleshoot thoroughly, and stayed with the issue until everything was fully resolved. Not only did she fix what customer service couldn’t, she also helped my wife and me get set up with new phones and a home internet solution that fit our needs perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine care for the customer experience. Louise went above and beyond, and because of her, we left confident and fully taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Louise if you visit this location, she’s exceptional! IAN🤙🏻
