  I stopped in this store to discuss my plan since I'm going to be doing some international traveling. The person assisting me was the manager Stacy. We were discussing my trip and she asked why I wasn't going to a "civilized" country (I'm going to Mexico and Belize). I pushed back and said both countries are perfectly civilized. She said "that's debatable" and rolled her eyes. My eight year old daughter is half Belizean and was standing right there. Awful customer service.

  There's people who have phone service with you guys that a disabled and can't walk that far like myself I have to park on a street that's marked closed I was at this store today and as cold as it is outside they should of had the door open at least 10 minutes till 10. They shut my service down because they waited to long to get the payment from auto pay.so I suggest you guys make a few changes for your customers

  Me and my brother and my Grandma went to Cricket to get me a new phone and to see about the upgrade for her. They said that she couldn't get a Android. Since she already had an iPhone and that it would interfere if they switched SIM cards, which is not true, they were trying to get her to buy the new iPhone. And they were really cruel about it when I told them off sad
