I got a cell phone and the employee said you if you want a charger for this phone you have to purchase one because it doesn't come with one. I went home, opened the box and there was a charger already in there. Also he offered insurance on the phone. I said no, and when my phone bill cycle came up it said I was enrolled in the insurance
- ACA CZNov 20, 20251.0Used to be my go to store, now its the north side location because the north side location has to fix the issues that this location causes. 2 months back I go to add a line, the rep did everything incorrectly and couldn't activate the phone. Said it was placed in "future activation" and would be activated in 48 hours and sent me on my eay. Went to the north side location and after 2-3 hours they were able to reverse what the lady here did. Last night I go because i wanted to get my daughters number changed. Online says 8pm. Door says 8pm. But theres a little piece of paper on the door that says 7pm. Because i cant see that little paper on the door, while online, i ventured there to find them closing at 7. I got there at 7 and the worker was excited to help by saying "we close at 7" then prompted me to look at the sign on the door, 4 feet above where the actual hours are pasted to the door. Again. Online says 8pm. How about you change your online hours cause I CAN'T READ THE DOOR FROM HOME. His mom was already in the parking lot waiting for him to come out. I'm assuming that was his mom, older lady parked across all parking spots. I'll just go to the Northside location from now on. This used to be a good location.
