  Poor customer Service, judgmental false leading information i give hutingdon cricket 0 stars They will lie and do anything to cover their own butts specially when they mess Up! So Thursday march 7th i broke my iPhone and happened to be passing by the huntingdon cricket location and knew i had an upgrade so decided to stop in 30 mins before closing. There was a lady worker, as I'm looking at the iPhones she ask if i needed any help i went on to explain what happened to my phone that i was just swinging thru quick to check out the prices that i didnt have my wallet on me at that very Second, after i was done explaining what had happened she was like well how about i do this for you how about i let you USE a LOANER phone until you have off next and have time to come in and purchase your iPhone me being very thankful and appreciative that shes even letting me use a phone i was very happy and grateful. I ask her-This isnt going to effect my upgrade oh no she says, i ask her more then once as shes reassuring me several times that it would not effect it and that is why they have LOANER phone's so i leave.Sunday was my next day off i get up all excited i get to go buy my new iphone this morning go over pick out the iphone that i wanted and go to pay and the kid tells me you cant get this at upgrade price u used your upgrade on that loaner phone?At this point im very confused felt disrespected i was also given false information which isnt my fault thats their mess up they should fix it, he says to me let me call Matt my manager he gets on the phone calls the manager says my first name and says im there about the upgrade mind ya he only calls me by my first name so im thinking at this Point they have already been talking about this situation? He gets off the phone with the "manager " very unprofessional, tells me well he is calling the lady (employer) that gave you the loaner phone to see whats going on, an that he would call the store directly back i told the kid working that i would hangout for a little to see if he calls back so i sit there for awhile an then i told the worker is there anyway you can call me an let me know the situation as soon as he calls back, I NEVER got a call back so this morning' monday the 12th i go over to see whats going on and why they havent called me back or why hasnt the manager called me 2 resolve this issue- messup that his employee made,the manager is working he looks at me and says i cant help you about your upgrade and i explain the situation and what his employee has done, he says back to me in a rude manner well she was actually doing you a favor (his employee )she could lose her job for not charging you for that loaner phone she should have charged you so actually she did you a favor?? So your telling me she did me a favor for not doing her job correctly and giving me false information? So after him saying this to me i knew That they were all just covering their butts This manager was so rude and very disrespectful towards me, one of his smart comments was "how do i even know you have the money to buy an iPhone?? WTF why would you even say that as a manager to a customer i felt so judged it was something i have never seen before,wow so i literally pulled my wallet out and showed this "manager " my money an that i had more then enough money to buy any phone i wanted in that Store ? After that comment i was literally thinking what in the world is going on here? I dont even personally know these workers or manager how does this manager know i have a safe in my home? Bigger point WHY Is he bringing this up?When my whole point of coming here was to resolve my upgrade and return the loaner phone, after those freaked out comments i then ask him for the district managers number he would not give it to me but said he would take my number an make sure to tell the district manager to call me I havent received a call yet i will get to the bottom of this! I feel very disrespected?

  If I could leave a 0 star that would be my choice. Got service with cricket that lasted less than one month. Don't waste your time trying to cut cost using cricket cause it doesn't work in the area. I would rather pay Verizon a couple extra bucks a month and know I have service, then to save a few and have hit or miss service. I really trusted the consultant at the Huntingdon Cricket location, he was friendly but I assume is was just to get the sale.
