My wife and I left in a flash and thinking would be the same at Verizon. Nope it’s was great. Chris helped us and he has an awesome personality, very knowledgeable and kind. Because of him and only him we continued with Verizon when we added a line for my daughter. The ONLY issue is his partner could have greeted us and told us someone would be with us shortly. Chris was in the back at the time. Fix that part and it was above a stellar experience!!!

Walmart sent me to Verizion and we went to the Honesdale location, which is managed by an authorized Verizon agent and is not a Verizon company store. The snotty clerk laughed and said "we really don't deal with these much" He couldn't, or would not help me, probably because there was no commission for him to make with this transaction. He made us feel like we were stupid seniors and just wanted to dismiss us. We traveled an extra 20 miles away to a Verizon company store in the Scranton area where the very pleasant young girl went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She explained everything and took care of our problem quickly and effortlessly. We walked out with a working phone and great respect for her and her Verizon location. We will never return to the Honesdale Verizon. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with the Honesdale location. I have been coming to this 650 old willow Avenue location since 2003 when it was managed by the extreamly well run CellularOne of NEPA which later became a Verizon Company Store. Unfortunately Verizon sold this location to an agent in 2013 and service has never been as good. I will continue to travel the extra 20 miles to go to Verizon Company Stores where they make me and my wife feel welcome.
